I have been very fortunate to work with some of our industry's top IP thought leaders from companies such as AMD, Intel, Qualcomm, Broadcom, and Cisco. Being nominated by my peers as one of the world's leading IP strategists (IAM Strategy 300, IAM Global 300) over the years in Intellectual Asset Magazine has been humbling.
The thousands of licensing and litigation projects that our team and I have been a part of over the years have provided us with invaluable experience. Each of our team members has the licensing, litigation, technical analysis, and patent prosecution experience that enables a depth of understanding that few of our competitors can match.
Recently we have partnered with boutique law firms that have expanded our capabilities beyond the technical analysis space. We now have a team that includes litigators, patent prosecutors, and subject matter experts. It is a powerful combination that can be deployed in many different scenarios, from strategic prosecution to a turnkey IP team.
Building our own lab in Silicon Valley was the final critical piece of the puzzle. The lab development was driven by our clients. They have continuously pushed our team to do projects with a level of security and complexity that we could only achieve by building the test benches ourselves. The end result is a lab with unique technical capabilities built to be as cost-effective as possible for our clients.
Bruce Hollibaugh
President/CEO
I first worked with Bruce and his team over 20 years ago. He and his team were able to take on very challenging projects and deliver success for us multiple times. He and his team were trusted to work on the most sensitive projects and always found a way to get results. His team of engineers understands patent language and claim construction which can be very helpful when generating claim charts. I would not hesitate to trust Bruce and his team again.

Ex. Senior Vice President, Chief IP Strategist
Qualcomm Technologies, Inc.
I met Bruce over 18 years ago when we were rapidly expanding our licensing program at Broadcom. He and his team reacted quickly to our evidence of use (EOU) needs. These were complex problems that needed to be answered as quickly as possible. He always embraced the hardest projects and delivered cost-effective results. I have relied on Bruce and his team over the years and hope to continue to do so for many more.
