Our Beginnings
Our company was founded many years ago to primarily support the semiconductor industry. We quickly expanded into most areas of hardware and software, but never lost touch with this critical pillar of our success. Over the years, the technology landscape has drastically changed.
Our experience includes:
1.) Circuits
To reverse engineer a circuit today is much more difficult and much more expensive. Node geometries are moving rapidly toward sub-nanometer. With 12+ layer construction and non-planarity now common, this is becoming extremely difficult. We have teamed up with a university lab to do our circuit work, but we usually find a much less expensive way to understand the functionality a circuit.

2.) Process
Semiconductor process reverse engineering can be even more difficult than circuits because of aspects such as ablation. Fortunately many features of semiconductor processing can be observed, and sometimes at very low cost. Our saving grace once again is our team of subject matter experts that have decades of experience in this technology space.
3.) Packaging
Observing methods in packing can be more straight forward in some instances. We have perfected very cost effective techniques that have proven effective over the decades that we have been providing these service to our clients. Again, none of this would be practical if it were not for our team.
